**Are your items really made when I order?** Yes! Every piece is print-on-demand — it's created just for you after you check out. That's why production takes up to 10 business days (usually 2–7) before shipping.
**How long until I get my order?** Production (typically 2–7 business days — please allow up to 10 during our launch) + U.S. shipping (typically 5–10 business days). You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
**How do I pick the right size?** Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — since every item is made to order, we can't swap sizes after the fact.
**What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?** Email ladycbosswear@proton.me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.
**Can I return something if I just change my mind?** Because each item is custom-made for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — but defects, damage, and our mistakes are always covered (see above).
**Do you ship internationally?** We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
**Where's my tracking number?** It's emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Check spam/promotions if you don't see it!
