**Made to order, made for YOU.** Every item is printed and crafted after you order — nothing sits on a shelf. Here's the timeline:

**Production time:** typically 2–7 business days (your item is being made fresh!) — during our launch, please allow up to **10 business days** for processing while orders are made in small batches - **Delivery time:** typically 5–10 business days after production, within the United States - **Shipping cost:** calculated at checkout based on your items and location

**Good to know:** - Orders with multiple items may arrive in **separate packages** — our print partners ship from different facilities to get your order to you fastest. - You'll get a **tracking number by email** as soon as your order ships. - If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, email us at ladycbosswear@proton.me — we'll investigate with the carrier, and if it's truly lost, we'll reprint or refund your order.
